2. Data Collection via the Website Form

When you submit an inquiry through our contact and booking form, we collect the personal details you provide: Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Selected Property Location, Estimated Arrival/Leave Dates, and any optional messages.

• Purpose: We process this data exclusively to respond to your specific accommodation inquiry, verify property availability, and manage your reservation request.

• Legal Basis: This processing is necessary for taking steps at your request prior to entering into a rental contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

• Legal Basis for Marketing: If you explicitly check the optional box to receive future deals and discounts, the processing of your data for promotional purposes is based entirely on your voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Data Storage and Third-Party Processors

Your data does not sit openly on the web. When you click submit, it is routed directly through our web infrastructure provider, Webflow, Inc. (acting as a data processor under strict standard contractual clauses), and sent immediately as a secure notification to our corporate business email inbox. We do not sell or lease your personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies & Google Analytics

Our website uses standard technical cookies to function properly and implements Google Analytics (a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited) to evaluate website traffic anonymously. Google Analytics processes data based on your user consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) granted via our cookie consent banner. 5. Data Retention Periods

• Non-Booked Inquiries: If an inquiry does not lead to a booking, your personal data will be kept for up to 6 months following the end of the conversation to handle follow-up questions, after which it is deleted.

• Confirmed Bookings: If a booking contract is concluded, your transactional data (invoices, client records) will be stored for 11 years to comply with statutory legal, tax, and accounting retention obligations under the Croatian Accounting Act (Zakon o računovodstvu).
